We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team of professionals in North Reading, PA.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the company by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for ensuring that excellent standards of service and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. The Customer Service Specialist will report directly to the Door Department Supervisor and Manager.

  • Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide custom made sales quotes
  • Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes
  • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement
  • Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
  • Restock the samples and perform cycle counts as required
  • Enter custom made door orders, and follow through billing and shipping update and confirmations
  • Log ordering for billing analysis
  • Log ordering for trend following
  • Learn Cabinet systems
  • Learn all the different door lines we offer
  • Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Related experience in a similar position, building materials experience a plus
  • Highly organized
  • Good typing skills
  • Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Team-oriented, shows initiative
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications; able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams for daily responsibilities and tasks
  • High School graduate, some college courses preferred
